What we process

The email address entered in the notification form and, if you provide them, your name and the company name.

Purpose and legal basis

We send a single email to the address when MADisoCAD becomes available to everyone. We do not send newsletters and do not use the data for any other purpose. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the email address above.

How long we keep it

We delete the data after the launch email has been sent. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete it immediately.

Who has access

Only our staff have access to the data. We do not pass it on to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no external font service. The server keeps the technical log needed for operation (IP address, time, requested page).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict its processing and object to it. Send your request to the email address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu) or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.
